June 10, Pain Train Vs. Wags at Center Ice
Pat Cleary took a pass from Ryan Dzingel and gave Wags the lead just 5 minutes into the game. The Pain Train Tied it with a goal with 2:17 left in the period. Dzingel set up Dan Lopatka 4 minutes later to take a 2-1 lead that lasted only 12 seconds when Gltersonke tied it on the next face off. That goal swung the momentum as the Pain Train scored 2 minutes later to grab the lead 3-2. Dzingel stopped the bleeding with his third assist when he set up Tom Zagorski at 9:01 to knot the score at 3. Cleary got the lead back 3 minutes later when he tipped in a pass from Kevin Glass. The Pain Train tied it 2 minutes later to make the score 4-4 with 4:28 left in the 2nd period. Lopatka scored a power play goal when Tony Letto

gave him a great feed from behind the net with 1:12 left in the period, but the Pain got that back with a shorthanded goal just 17 seconds later. The Pain Train took the lead with another short handed goal 4 minutes into the third period, but this time Tommy Z answered that with a power play goal that was set up by Lopatka. With 8:47 left to play, Jay Demaria set up Patrick's Hat Trick that turned out to be the game winner. Goalie Ed Waghorn was called on to make 10 saves in the final period to preserve the 7-6 thriller.
