The Brain Bounces Back to Down the Reds!
The Reds were only able to get one puck past the Brain.  That goal came late in the second period when the Whites already had a comfortable 3 goal lead.  Beak took a cross ice pass from bad toe Berserk, then he fired a shot on net that Berserk redirected through the Brain's pads.  Unfortunately his redirect slowed Beaks 25 mph shot down to a crawl that ran out of steam on the goal line.  Geno, our one eyed, eagle eyed Sharp shooter nudged it across the line to spoil the Brain's shut out.  AJ scored the first

goal on his first shift and Joe "Drago" Evans beat Tweedy on his next 2 shifts.  That was all the fireworks until Terry's Bratwurst and sour kraut started to mix with the beer and stomach acids up in the party room.

Friday November 25, 2011

The pucks were  flying in on Friday night.  As the Reds battled back from a 7-4 deficit late in the game to tie it up at 7-7 with 50 seconds left in the game. They say a tie is like kissing your sister.  When you come from behind and tie,  kissing your sister never felt this good.  AJ started the scoring again for the Whites. Our guest, Greg Zerkis tipped Art's shot into his own net, making a great impression on the Anvil.  He also had Klinger run into him and they crashed to the ice as Eddie was trying to keep the puck out of his net.  Shortly after that, Klinger redirected a shot from the point past The Anvil to give the Whites a 3-0 lead. Geno Finally got the Reds on the board when he spoiled Brian's shut out for the second time in back to back days. Johnny B scored to make it 3-2, but The Czar poked one past Eddie to make it 4-2.  Doc got loose and made it 5-2.  Bill BTW scored to make it a 2 goal lead again. Rags ripped in a low hard one to make it comfortable for the Whites again. Tommy Z got that one back with a slap shot to get the Reds back to striking distance. John "Cup Cake" Bobka had a Klinger Krash into the boards,

then scored an incest goal (He blew past his Dad) to put the Whites up 7-4, but the Reds stormed back with goals by TZ,  Johnny B and Lil Bill Conti to finally catch the Whites at 7-7

Frank, Grandpa Ken and Mini Wheezer are on the DL.
