| One of the great things about teaching is getting to
know students who grow up and go on to greater things, When I first
started teaching at Beethoven School in the 1960s, Kerby
Pucket was a student there.
In the 1980s I had the good fortune of picking Cammi Granato for the Bantam Hockey Team (All Boys except for her) that I was coaching. In the 1990s, I had the pleasure of watching Derrick Rose grow up. He was a great kid and always did well in my Science lab.
