| On the second day of August, my brother brought his wife, daughter
and grandsons to the Morton Arboretum. My wife and I brought our
daughter and son in law and joined them for a fun filled day. The
boys helped me collect some GLOBE atmospheric and hydrology data.
It was 33.7 degrees Celsius. That sounds better than 92.66 degrees
Fahrenheit.

I chose this site in April to study the freezing next winter. Look what happened to the Slough in August. (Left) The Plants took over. |
