Attendance 25  Report by Beak

Whites Can't Get to the Neutral Zone!
Every Wednesday, 8-12 Duffers find their way to the Neutral Zone in Westmont for lunch and beers without much trouble, but last Friday, the Whites found it almost impossible to get out of their Defensive Zone and into the Neutral Zone.  Every clearing pass from the Whites seamed to go to Tommy or Nick, who were wearing bright Red sweaters!  The result was The Brain got his money's worth.  For the second week in a row, he paid around a dime a shot.  We tried to cheer him up by telling him $10.00 for a hundred shots is quite a bargain.  It didn't work, he never made it to the bar, even though it was 6 beers in a bucket week at Bons. .  He may have lost his brain after Art, one of his team mates, knocked him for a loop.   The following is all that I can remember of the 12-8 Red win:
Mini Wheezer scored a goal that was set up by Sanchez. (I remember that because Mini sent a beer over to me at Bonos) Bill by the Way scored 2 goals early and 3 last week.  Geno had the only Meaningful goal for the Reds I think.  The Z boys had several goals and Nick was politely quiet after  6 or 7 goals last week. He got beat up, hooked and held all night and he kept on smiling.  Tommy took a flying spinning crash that was started, when he collided with his team mate, Stump.  Koss had 2 goals!  I couldn't forget the Hat trick by Cup Cake since his Dad told me twice and Joe reminded me once.  Several White goals by Beavis, Art and Beak Jr. scored after he shot his Dad in the back of his leg.  Berserk scored 2 and Brinks brought free beer.
The following came from e-mail:  Don't forget my white goal on a perfect pass from Beavis (after I complained to him that every pass to me was intercepted). Doc

Emil is recovering from knee surgery.

Doc returned to score a goal.

Who will win it this year?

Will we get it back from the Alien?
